− | |Biography= | + | |Biography=Afsal is a B.Sc-M.Sc (integrated) Climate Change Adaptation student from Academy of Climate Change Education and Research (ACCER), Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur, India. Now, he is working as a research scholar at National Institute of Animal Nutrition and Physiology under the mentorship of Dr. Sejian Veerasamy (Senior Scientist, ICAR-NIANP). He is interested in doing research in the field of climate change in relation to the environment and agricultural sector, focusing on its impacts, adaptation and mitigation strategies that enable to reduce the negative impacts under the changing climate scenario. Presently, he is working on the field of climate change and livestock production. He was published four scientific articles in internationally reputed Journals and having three abstracts (National and International) and many lead papers. He attended several national and international conferences/symposium with in the country and abroad. Recently, he got a travel scholarship from World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and American Meteorological Society. Afsal, a young and enthusiastic researcher by profession and working sincerely for the sustainable development of the society as well as accomplishing his future goals. |

Biography
