Biography

Peter is a systems science PhD student at Portland State University where he currently studies general systems theory, complexity, and computer modeling and simulation. He earned his BachelorÕs degree in Emergency Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh. His current interests include: resilience, transformation, and management of social-ecological systems, systems dynamics, reconstructability analysis, networks, ethics and value systems, community infrastructure development, and economics.
